Mum prepared a fast and easy one dish meal. Eh... actually i'm not too sure myself ya~ Hmmm... let's see... there are Green vegetables, carrots, lotus seeds, tofu, minced pork, 1 century egg, enoiki mushrooms, red dates, dried scallops, mock cuttlefish roll, "kia4", spring onions, leek, a tubular root (don't know its actual name), wolfberries (Gou Qi Zi)... that's all... i guess.
