Puff Pastry~

Finally a successful attempt with puff pastries ya~ My previous attempt with danish croissants a few months back didn't turn out well ya. Thank goodness this time they not only look but taste like croissants ya~

My mum prepared the hotdogs and minced chicken fillings while i made the croissant dough ya~ The recipe's from The star online - Kuali, Malaysia recipes - Danish croissants.

Keke... i'll try to perfect the pastry shape the next time i make them ya~ :p
