Jelly~

A fast and easy dessert to make ya. All you have to do is boil 500 mL of water, add in the jelly mix, 1/4 tsp essence (of your choice) and 1/8 tsp of food colouring (optional) and stir well to dissolve.

Place a hosen brand canned longan into each well of the jelly mould, then carefully pour the jelly mixture into jelly moulds leave it to cool, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

i added slightly more than 500 mL of water... and as a result, they were alittle too soft and difficult to handle ya. Nevertheless, they were all wiped out~ (must be the longans~) :p
