Spicy Black Sesame Biscuits~

My mum modified my previous Black Sesame Seed Soda Biscuit recipe by adding japanese chilli powder to give the extra kick. And surprisingly they were amazingly good! i decided to try out my mum's special recipe today, and here they are~
