~*Stir-fried Pork Cabbage*~
Comfort food? This could also be a simple 1 dish meal too.
Ingredient: Fresh pork loin cubes, sliced cabbage and shitake mushrooms, chopped garlic and shallots.
Seasoning: Oyster sauce, dark soya sauce with red dates, pepper and sesame oil.
~*Cauliflower, Four Seasons Beans and Carrots*~
Oops! The vegetable were alittle over cooked...
