Shokudo Part II~

After my so-so dining experience at Shokudo previously, my second visit was definitely more satisfying than the first. And like before, the place was pretty crowded, we had some trouble finding a table...
~*Kimchi @ $2.50++*~
Appetizer~ Other starters include, seasoned octopus, jellyfish, seaweed with vinegar...etc...

~*Tofu Gomu Salad*~
Simple and nicely presented tofu salad with iceberg lettuces, carrots, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and sesame seeds~ i like their self service salad dressing system which allows diners to add their own dressing of their choice from a selection of 4 different sauces.

~*Tuna & Salmon Sashimi*~
i thought it was a'lil steep that the tuna and salmon sashimi costs $6.90 each... the salmon looked dull and unappetizing... thank goodness the tuna looked and tasted much better~

~*Shokudo Chicken & Egg Rice*~
It tasts as good as it looks~ Nicely seasoned chicken with a generous serving of lettuce and a beautifully done runny-yolk egg~ Definitely a must try for first-timers~

~*Teriyaki Chicken with Cheese @*~
It 's hard to miss their eye catching burger set display at the counter. The burger is huge, due to the large burger bread between the juicy teriyaki chicken. Like the tofu salad, chicken & egg rice set, they all costs $6.80++ each.
After the 2nd visit, i concluded that the choice of food do make a difference in the overall dining experience~ So follow your heart...no, i meant follow your stomach! :p
