Tempura Enoki Mushrooms @ Shokudo (VI)~


It looks like something from the ocean, a coral reef maybe? keke.. Nope, it's actually a generous serving of fresh enoki mushrooms coated with tempura flour, deep fried till golden brown.
It's crispy and crunchy with lots of mouth feel but alittle oily, a must try if you like deep fried snacks.
