Food For Thought~

i've been wanting to visit this place for sometime... Food For Thought is located at North Bridge Road, directly opposite the National Library. Their specialites include, their very own salads, specially prepared soups, sandwiches, drinks and desserts.

~*Chinese Chicken Caesar Salad & Shitake Mushroom Fennel Soup*~

i love the rich taste of shitake mushroom in the soup, however for people who like strong flavours would probably find the soup too bland. The chicken caesar salad is served with stewed hard boiled egg, which is what makes the dish unique.

~*Basil Pesto Chicken Sandwich & Shitake Mushroom Fennel Soup*~

i didn't quite enjoy the sandwich as the bread was alittle too dry and hard for my liking and there was too much olive oil dressing in the salad and the chicken sandwich. Bottomline... it was too oily for my liking.

i would definitely go back for their soups~
