Fusion~

i had a hard time deciding between western and asian cooking for yesterday's lunch-in. So... tah dah~ FUSION!

~*Spinach Soup*~

Spinach, sliced onions, golden mushrooms, egg white and black sesame seeds~

~*Appetiser-Assorted Mushrooms with Special Sauce & Asparagus Crepe roll*~

Asparagus, golden mushrooms, sliced oyster mushrooms, dressed with japanese mayonnaise and specially concocted sweet & spicy sauce crepe rolls~ (My favourite dish of the three).

~*Stir-fried Beef Rice Set*~

Seasoned stir-fried beef slices with fresh button and golden mushrooms, and sliced onions, served with dou miao, chick peas and rice~ (p.s. can you spot the christmas tree shaped rice?). Hmmm... as for the presentation, there's still room for improvements... :p
