Ang Ku Kueh~

Ang Ku Kueh~ Which filling do you prefer? Peanut, mashed mung bean or yam? i prefer mashed mung bean (Luu4 Dou4 Sha1).

These Ang Ku Kuehs... (eh... they're pink rather then red) Pink Ku Kuehs are made following the recipe from Alley Baba Peranakan Treasures. Most Ang Ku Kueh recipes will include mashed sweet potatoes to be added to the glutinous rice flour, but this recipe did not.
