Heard of Pier Eleven? It's actually located at the 2nd level of marina pier. i was there with a group of fellow bridesmaids to celebrate the bride's bachelorette party. The ambience and food was good and it is a really nice place for a small get together-chill out session. There's a choice of al fresco or indoors dining.
