All thanx to Florence's Matcha Yogurt Mousse Cake recipe...
Wee hee hee~ Finally! i did it! This is one of the best cake that i've baked so far! The green tea chiffon cake was soft and spongy, the matcha yogurt mousse set very nicely. We had the cake for dessert after dinner. It was so yummie-licious that only 1/4 of the cake was left remaining.
