Adapted from Allrecipes.com - Chantal's New York Cheesecake. This recipe has over a thousand plus positive reviews and even entered the Allrecipes.com Hall of fame - 2003. It's definitely the best New York Cheesecake recipe i've ever attempted.

It's really rich, smooth and creamy, simply divine :p~ So wonderful on its own! But if you prefer it with toppings, some strawberry sauce, fruits or melted semi-sweet chocolate should complete the marvelous experience~
