Agar agar~

Guess wat?

i found 2 packs of rose brand agar agar powder on the kitchen cabinet and so i decided to make agar agar. My mum has got quite a few bottles of food colouring in the fridge, red, blue, yellow, green, red.... and lotsa different flavoured essence too~ pandan, strawberry, mango, pineapple, durian, vanilla, blueberry, banana... Hah~ and so i did alittle agar agar experiment just now. Not to worry ya, i didn't mix all the essence together ya, just pandan and mango; pandan essence to the green layer and mango to the red and yellow layer. i wanted to added strawberry essence to the red layer... but decided to drop the idea ya. And as for the white layer, it's coconut milk ya.

Something colourful to brighten up the evening ahead :)
