Seafood~

i attended a relative get together dinner last night at Seafood International at East Coast Park. It has been ages since i last dined there ya. It was quite a spread ya, 10 dishes altogether~ keke... shown below are just some of 'em ya~

1. Cereal Prawn
2. Grilled chicken in banana leaf that tasted like satay chicken (delicious but oily)
3. Deep fried tofu, served with spicy sweet sauce
4. Stir-fried noodles with chicken & prawn
5. Curry crab, served with crispy buttered french loaf bread (the curry was tasty and moderately spicy but i still prefer the all time favourite chilli crab ya :p)
6. Assorted Thai Dessert
my favourite dish of all, colourful satisfying sweet treats~ the one in the center is tapioca served with coconut milk, and around it starting from the left, in a clockwise direction; the coconut corn agar agar (white cube wrapped with pandan leaf), yam-based dessert, some assorted flavour agar agar, above them are the colourful fruit/vegetable design desserts knowed as Loog Choob (mung bean paste covered with a layer of gelatin), ondeh-ondeh (green dessert coated with grated coconut), and lastly the durian flavour kueh. There weren't enough of each dessert to go around a table of 10, so we had to pick and choose what we like.
