Just eleven more days before christmas~ so i decided to try out the gingerbread recipe. i don't have the gingerbread man mould or icing sugar to decorate the gingerbread, so it's plain and simple star and flower designs for now~ The "mouth-feel" of the ginger bread resembled that of "zhu1 long2 bing3" (the mid-autumn festival piggy-shaped cookie). This recipe can be used to make zhu long bing too~ yay~ keke.... jus exclude the ground ginger and mixed spices will do.
The gingerbread recipe's from all recipes webbie, Eileen's spicy gingerbread men. Well, if you prefer your gingerbread to be crunchy, then bake them for 11 -12 minutes instead ya.
