i ran out of bread at home, so instead of buying a loaf, i decided to make some healthy high fibre muffins. They're packed with chopped walnuts, rolled oats and california raisins. i also added banana essence to make the muffins more aromatic. Hmmm... maybe i should call 'em "Oat-y Raisin Walnut Banana Muffins' instead~ :p
