Pandan Swiss Rolls with Kaya fillings~

Keke...my first attempt with swiss rolls ya~ The recipe's from Kuali, Malaysia recipes - Pandan Swiss Roll. After i got the ingredients ready, i realized that the baking tray dimensions were incorrect! Nevertheless, i carried on with the baking ya.

Notice that they alittle naked? i forgot to dust the baking paper with sugar before rolling the sponge cake, so the outer layer got stuck to the baking paper when i unrolled it to spread the kaya. Hmmm... aren't they cute? ;p
