HA~ my first food blog!
i'm a 'lil fruit and veggie fanatic that have a passion for baking and cooking. i've have been doing some experimental cooking and baking for awhile, most of the recipes are from fantanstic food blogs or online recipe sites. It's really therapeutic to bake/cook ya~ baking in the day, at night or in the wee hours in the morning~ keke... when the entire kitchen is filled with the aroma of baked bread or pandan cake... The sense of achievement is ooh lah lah~ :p~~~

My mum bought some fresh eggs and coconut milk from the supermarket yesterday. And what did i do with 'em? Eggs, pandan essence, cooking oil, coconut milk, sugar, cake flour...whisking, folding.... baking.... and..... tah dah~ Pandan cake~!
The thought of baking some CNY goodies have been lingering in my mind for quite awhile, so i decided to start with something simple today. Baked some kueh bangkit this morning, and this was the outcome. i used cookie cutters instead of the bangkit mould that's why they look so plain ya. It's not as light as i expected it to be, there was no melt-in-your-mouth sensation ya (no fault of the recipe). Nevertheless it's my first attempt and there's definitely room for improvement and fine tunings~
